Quality Control
In accordance with the spirit of ISO 9001, product formulations, raw material weighing quantities, process parameters, and test results are meticulously recorded to ensure traceability and sustainability throughout both the development and post-development production stages.
At Zeta Kauçuk, each R&D trial is assigned a unique stock code, and its formulation is systematically recorded. This ensures precise traceability and confidence in the management of your rubber compound formulations.
For every project we undertake, once the R&D phase is completed, the samples are submitted for customer approval. Upon approval, the TDS document and TGA graph are shared with the customer and archived for future reference.
In subsequent productions of the product, the rheological, hardness, and density values of each batch are checked for compliance with the TDS. For orders exceeding one month, tests are repeated for all other values listed in the TDS, and the TGA graph is provided upon customer request.
